Announcing another new addition to the Allcontrols team.
Lizzie joined us at the end of July and, once her training is complete, will be working with the Service team as our Service Support Administrator.
Lizzie’s main responsibility is to ensure regular contact with all our customers to pro-actively support them to make sure their production downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
Her arrival will also enable us to better develop and improve the support we currently offer our customers with day-to-day enquiries around servicing, machine spare parts and repairs as well as manage the service team’s daily scheduling of our engineers to be more on hand for any technical support customers may need.
Lizzie’s professional background has been mainly in consumer facing roles and so we feel this position will suit her skill set perfectly as she will bring her previously demonstrated expertise to this position.
